The fountain is colorfully tiled. The shiny coins have been tossed in for good luck or perhaps in hope that a wishes will come true. The water in the fountain is constantly moving over the tiles and coins, and it produces a vibrant, natural abstract image of many hues, forms, and textures.

Although much of my career had been in editing and writing, I have been delighted for some time to concentrate on both photography and artistic creations based on photography. Through this medium I thoroughly enjoy the world, from city to suburb to country, from my roots in the US Midwest to fascinating Florida, to Ohio, where I now live.
