Description
A chair takes the attention, on the far side of a wall. The wall, with its marbled finish and pale purple tone takes up much of the foreground of this rather mysterious piece. A sizable and ragged hole has been knocked out of the drywall, however, and both sides of the wall, with the wood supports on the inside, can be seen. The empty chair is the dramatic piece, framed by the broken wallboard. It's in the spotlight, and the brilliance of its purple and blue patterns engages the eye.
