The digital creation presents an abstract of form and color, with the primary figure an octagonal shape with black border and spokes and seen not quite whole. The secondary shapes are lines of black and ocher. The whole gives a sense of illumination, both in reality and metaphorically, in shades transitioning from gold to black to ocher to ecru to ocher to black.

Although much of my career had been in editing and writing, I have been delighted for some time to concentrate on both photography and artistic creations based on photography. Through this medium I thoroughly enjoy the world, from city to suburb to country, from my roots in the US Midwest to fascinating Florida, to Ohio, where I now live. My artistic interests are eclectic. Much engages me. I hope my art will please and engage you as well.
