The forms are abstract but echo those organic forms that can be found in nature and impart a feeling of movement. The viewer might think of the swirl of fishes or of autumn leaves or of sky and clouds.The colors follow that same pattern with greens, golds, blues, turquoises, reds, and whites and shades of those that are found in and on the earth.
Although much of my career had been in editing and writing, I have been delighted for some time to concentrate on both photography and artistic creations based on photography. Through this medium I thoroughly enjoy the world, from city to suburb to country, from my roots in the US Midwest to fascinating Florida, to Ohio, where I now live. My artistic interests are eclectic. Much engages me. I hope my art will please and engage you as well.
