Artist's Description
A table for two occupies the space in front of a many paned window. On the small, round table, are a doily, two cups and saucers, and a creamer. Two empty chairs, with seats upholstered in bright orange fabric, flank the table. The scene has a decidedly antique feel. Outside the window can be seen a farm scene, with foliage in warm autumn colors.
I discovered this inviting little nook at Hale Farm and Village, a historic property of the Western Reserve Historical Society in Bath Township, Summit County, Ohio. It's within the boundaries of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and its grounds are especially gorgeous to walk on a bright autumn day..
