Description
The image has an art deco feel, with the vintage jukebox in neon colors and the environment of the window behind it and the fronds of a potted plant. The station was built in 1914 and originally had 900 rooms. Over a hundred years old, the station closed in the 1980s but was beautifully renovated and opened to the public in 1999. It includes museums containing artifacts of Kansas City history and functions also as a special event center.
