Description

The mountains seem to stretch before the viewer forever, as does the sky above them. The minimalist view is in panorama, enhancing the feel of a vista with no end. And the mountain range could be one found many places on the planet. The dramatic blue color, although digitally enhanced in this case, is reminiscent of the old photographic style of printing called cyanotype, which produced a cyan-blue print. The process was used well into the 20th century as a simple and low-cost way to produce copies of drawings, referred to as blueprints.
