Description
Flint corn, or Indian corn, is the maize that Native Americans taught the early colonists how to cultivate. Its kernels have "flint" hard shells, giving it its name. The kernels dry evenly, without dents or cracks, making it ideal for autumn harvest decorations and for Thanksgiving and Halloween. It comes in many colors, including yellow, brown, red, white, and blue and is multicolored on the same cob.
