Description
Intentional camera movement while exposing for an image can produce some interesting, unique, and pleasing abstract results. Here, the subject was the natural world of the garden, with leaves and flowers and their bright green, gold, and white colors. The movement can be done in several ways (such as horizontal, vertical, circular, wavy, etc.), and each produces something different. The movement can be slower or faster as well and use as its subject the natural or human-made world.
While abstract art doesn't specifically represent external reality, but exists somewhat independently of it and may seek to achieve its effect using shapes, forms, colors, and textures, it can, as in the case of this art piece, take specific realistic elements as springboards for creative excursions - emotionally and metaphorically.
