Description
The northern fulmar (Fulmarus glacialis) is a seabird that looks similar to a gull but is actually a petrel. Here the flock gathers on the rocky coast of Ireland amid the beautiful pink sea thrift and with the waves rushing in against the rocks. The birds breed on cliffs and lay a single egg on the bare rock.
